What is inside (counted in my clone)

• 49 agents in three tiers: directors (creative, technical, producer), department leads, specialists.
• 74 skills as slash commands: /start, /design-system, /create-epics, /dev-story, /story-done and more.
• 15 hooks, 14 rules. Agent sets for Godot 4, Unity and Unreal Engine 5.
• The three directors ask for Opus, sixteen agents name Sonnet, the other thirty use your session model.

From its README, section Does it produce games, or documents? Four games were built from one brief at different modes.rigor levels:

All four produced a running, tested game. Two blind reviewers and a human playtest ranked the standard build last.

How I would use it

• Start at minimal rigor: one-page brief, straight to code.
• Raise rigor only when a team needs traceability, not to make the game better.
• Keep its one hard rule at every level: a change the player sees is not done until the game is launched and a screenshot is kept.
